Held in NCR, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last September 2021. The result was released on September 16, 2021, in 7 working days.
